Policy
Yes, refunds or
exchanges (if applicable) offered only on
unworn items within 30 days of invoice.
Additional shipping will be charged on
out-of-stock/special orders. Exchanges made
with receipt on unworn items within 30 days of
invoice. Restock fees of 25% may apply.
- All refund
and exchange items MUST be accompanied by
a receipt and RA number, (Return
Authorization Number). We accept returns,
but you must contact us first for an RA
number.
Email
us for an RA Number, which is to be
written on the outside of the box. If an
RA Number is not obtained prior to
returning the item, a restocking fee of
15% will be deducted from your credit. If
the item returned is slightly dirty and
can be cleaned, a 25% cleaning fee will be
deducted from the credit. If the item
returned cannot be cleaned and is in an
unsaleable condition, it will be returned
to the customer and a $US10.00 shipping
charge will be added to your credit card
for returns made in the continental US.
- All returned
items must NOT be previously worn or used
(unless return is due to defective
materials or workmanship, not normal wear
and tear).
- Refunds and
exchanges DO NOT apply to close out items
and Special Sale items as marked on
receipt.
- No refunds
or exchanges on any custom work UNLESS due
to faulty workmanship or materials.
